Pre-pandemic, Allison mentored job-seekers in the jewelry industry at the Gemological Institute of America's (GIA) Annual Career Fair held in Carlsbad, CA at the GIA World Headquarters.
She is an advocate for environmental protection having received an Undergraduate Degree from San Diego State University in International Security and Conflict Resolution with an emphasis in Environment and Security, prior to becoming a jeweler.  Her diverse background also includes Internal Audit, Compliance and Law Enforcement.  She spends her free time volunteering for organizations such as I Love a Clean San Diego, The Surfrider Foundation and Be My Eyes.
Her jewelry designs have appeared in publications worldwide and have been worn by celebrities such as Leighton Meester and Azie Tesfai. You can find Allison, most days with her two rescue dog 'assistants', working at her jeweler's bench or meeting with clients to design a new custom creation.
